|Title||Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society to Dr Alfred North Whitehead FRS|
|Date||21 January 1915|
|Description||'The Standing Orders provide that each Sectional Committee shall hold a meeting in January every year, "at which they shall make arrangements for their meetings during the ensuring year, and determine the procedure to be adopted in exercising the control of the Committees over the publication of papers". |
The only days available for a meeting next week are Thursday, the 28th, either before or after the meeting of the Society, or Friday the 29th, and I should be obliged if you would let me know if it would be convenient for you to have a meeting of your Committee on either of these days.'
