Description'A letter has been received here from one Professor H L Orchard, enclosing a paper on "A harmonic investigation",; the paper bearing the inscriptions (in the author's handwriting) "Introduced by Prof Hull FRS", and "all rights reserved". I shall be much obliged by your letting me know whether you intend to communicate the paper under Statute VI (Cap. XII), and if so, what significance the note "All rights reserved" is expected to have.'
