DescriptionInforms G. D. MacDugald that the Royal Society has decided to recommend Mr. Hutton for exemption from service with the Colours. Informs Mr. MacDougald that in the event of Mr Hutton's being called up, to show the Local Tribunal this letter and remind them that no man can be called up without the consent of the Royal Society.
