DescriptionRefers to a previous enquiry from the Admiralty on the subject of two Chronometers they loaned to the Society for Society's Magnetic Survey. Explains to the Hydrographer that while this Survery is mostly complete, occassion may still arise for using the Chronometers. Expresses hope that they may be left in the hands of the Society for the present and assures the Hydrographer that they are in safe keeping.
