DescriptionInforms [Percival] Spencer [Umfreville] Pickering Esquire that the Physics and Chemistry Committee have had some difficulty coming to a conclusion about his paper, 'Problems bearing on residual affinity'. Notes that there is a general concensus of opinion that the essential features might be presented in a more condensed form. Notes that if Mr. Pickering compress his paper to about 12 pages in length, the paper will go forward for publication.
