DescriptionInforms the Secretary that, as the Society's Food Department communicate so frequently with His Majesty's Government on scientific questions relating to the food supply, the Society have decided a separate telephone by installed. Explains that an application to the Telephone Service cannot be made without a certificate from the Head Office of a Government Department stating that this is necessary. Asks the Secretary if they are able to provide such a certificate.
