Explains to the Registrar that it has recently been found necessary to distinguish between gauges of similar type but of different classes, and for this purpose the Laboratory requires a third Trade Mark. Explains that the Society therefore desires to make application for the registration of a third Trade Mark and encloses the necessary application form.
