[Onslow] Forster, Sir William [Jackson] Pope and himself [Dr. Arthur Schuster], with Professor Frankland as Chairman, has been appointed by the Council of the Society to consider the Report of the Committee on International Cooperation in Chemistry. Asks Professor Frankland for a choice of dates on which he would be available for a meeting of this Committee.
