DescriptionInforms the Secretary that the Colonial Office have told him it is necessary to specify to the War Trades Department all the goods which are being exported to Uganda. Under their instruction, asks the Secretary to send the War Trades Department a compelte list of the goods that the Army & Navy Stores are supplying for the expedition. Also asks that once the license is obtained it be forwarded to the Managing Director Messrs Mackie & Co., Distillers Ltd.
