|Confirms with Professor [Ernest Henry] Starling that he still has a military permit enabling him to travel to France and therefore does not require a passport. If Professor Starling will in fact be using a passport, asks that he send it to the Society first, in order that it be sent with the others to the Officer who is seing to their being vised together.
