TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to Professor HF [Hugh Frank] Newall, FRS
Date17 October 1919
DescriptionResponding to an enquiry 10 October about a missing photo, advises that Colonel Strattin and Miss Common removed the photos after the Royal Society Soirée. Mr Wesley said they were packed at the Royal Astronomical Society and sent to Cambridge, and that the missing photo is not at the Royal Astronomical Society. Harrison says they did not have anything left over from the Soirée, which Mr James, who has made full enquiry, would have noticed.
