The first referee has recommended publication in the 'Transactions of the Royal Society' The second referee suggested the possibility of a third referee to see if the paper should be published as it is or reduced. It is estimated to be 30 pages with 20 figures, a cost of £60. Asks the Chairman to minute his decision as to further action. |
