DescriptionIn reference to the Miss Foulerton deed, the opinion of the Finance Committee is that the leasehold of for Pembridge Villas ought to be sold by private treaty for the best possible price, rather than sold at auction, but that the property should be sold. Also advises the Royal Society would like to see a complete list of securities before giving a reply on their disposition, and requests list be sent.
