Mallock, Mr CTR [Charles Thomson Rees] Wilson, FRS, has reported in favour of publication in 'The Proceedings of the Royal Society of London' with slight modifications, and Dr [Arthur] Schuster, FRS, will pass the paper for printing under Standing Order 43, asks if Sir Richard Glazebrook, FRS, concurs.
