Description | The President of the Royal Society [Sir Joseph John Thomson, PRS] has requested he ask if any Thursday would be convenient for the admission of Mr Long as a Fellow of the Royal Society. Advises Royal Society Meetings take place at 4.30 o'clock every Thursday, and that it is usual to assemble shortly before in the rooms of the Society, where tea is served beforehand. Meetings stop for a few days at Easter. |
