DescriptionInforms the Director that owing to the increase in costs the Society has decided to make a small charge to cover the expenses of heating, lighting and cleaning, in connection with loaning its rooms to other bodies. Explains that the charge for the use of a room will be one guinea, and a half-guinea for the use of a lantern.
