|Informs Sir Alfred Mond that a special conference of the delegates from the Allied Countries, the United States and the neutral Countries will be held in London in September next to consider the future of the International Catalogue. Asks whether His Majesty's Government would be willing to give an official dinner to the delegates present and, if so, whether Sir Mond would be willing to Chair it.
