|Informs Colonel [Henry George] Lyons that the Gassiot Committee's suggestion that the question of constructing magnetic and geophysical instruments be raised with Meteorological Committee was recently considered by Council, who decided that action would best be taken by those who are members of both the Gassiot and the Meteorological Committee.
