DescriptionApproves Lady Cunynghame's request to book the Society's Meeting Room on December 16th, 8pm. Informs her that the Society have decided to make a small change to cover the expense of lighting, cleaning and heating in connection with the loan of its rooms to outside bodies. Explains that the charge is now one guinea, with an additional half guinea for the use of the lantern.
