TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Oliver Joseph Lodge, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date18 May 1892
DescriptionLodge's letter of 29 April 1892 came before the Soirée committee. The Committee cannot as a rule issue any extra tickets to Fellows owing to their limited space but a card will however be sent to Mr and Mrs Rathbone. Unless there is any pressing reasons for Mr, Mrs and Miss Welby to attend, the Committee does not see their way to increase the numbers by issuing these invitations.
