TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Percy Faraday Frankland, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date21 May 1892
DescriptionThe printers have had a note from Frankland asking when Frankland's 50 copies of the Water Research Report will be ready and Rix asks to what 50 copies this refers. The report is about to be issued in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' and in the ordinary course Frankland would receive a form offering a certain number of gratis copies, but so far as Rix knows this has not yet been sent. If Dr [Michael] Foster or any other person in authority has promised Frankland 50 copies of the report in its present form Rix asks to know at once so that he may have them printed before the repaging is commenced.
