Rix asks if Professor Burdon Sanderson knows that he is added to the Water Committee and whether a letter ought to go to Kew Gardens concerning the decision of the Kew Committee. Asks if a letter ought also to go to 'poor old Boggett' whose letter Rix has only acknowledged orally.
