|Acknowledges Messrs [Guy] Barlow and H. B. Keene's willingness to amalgamate their papers. Reiterates that the Committee will not recommend publication in an amalgamated form without a substantial reduction of the longer paper. Returns the manuscripts to them in the view that they will carry out this reduction.
