M. Falkiner, Sir Alfred [Bray] Kempe and Sir Henry [John] Oram; Sir Alfred [Fernandez] Yarrow and Professor [Henry Selby] Hele-Shaw on the General Board representing the Institution of Naval Architects and of Mechanical Engineers respectively; and Professor Collie and Sir Yarrow on the Executive Committee in place of Sir Richard Threlfall and Mr. Roger Smith.
