Jackson's 'Investigations on the paramagnetism of crystals at low temperatures', communicated by Kamerlingh Onnes before the meeting of the Physics meeting or if the council should choose both; asks Strutt to look through 'The Molecular Scatterings of Light in Carbon-dioxide at High Pressures' by [Chandrasekhara Venkata] Raman, [K. R.] Ramanathan, communicated by [Gilbert Thomas] Walker, and to report an opinion of it to the committee.
