DescriptionInforms of the decision to show Walter Heape's series twice for evening of the Soiree next Wednesday, and with no film repeating in each showing; includes a note for a addition of explanatory matter for the title [not enclosed] as it has been suggested the films will have no introduction, but the titles are too broad; includes a schedule for the evening; informs that the Western Electric Company will be using the services of Walturdaw Company and Mr. Harper and al arrangements of the installation of the apparatus and a screen will be in the hands of Western Electric, who have agreed to come to an 'equitable arrangement' when it comes to expenses. Asks Heape to confirm with Walturdaw Company as to any additional arrangements needed.
