DescriptionAsks Robert John Strutt to suggest referees for the following papers, both communicated by [Owen Willans] Richardson; 'The thermionic and photo-electric properties of the electro- positive metals' by A. F. A. Young and 'Some experiments on the proportionality of mass and weight' by Harold H. Potter. says that Young's paper is more suited for Proceedings at 30 pages, and although Potter agrees his paper is too long for Proceedings, suggests it should be treated as Transactions for the time being and sent to 2 referees.
