|Explains that an exhibit of photographs of eminent Biologists is being planned for the British Empire Exhibition and asks for a photo of John Foster Gaskell father, Dr [Walter Holbrook] Gaskell, [FRS], as the Royal Society does not have one and would like to have it copied and enlarged. Asks for the best photo to be chosen and sent as soon as possible.
