DescriptionReplies that a Meeting Room will be arranged for the use of the British Academy on 11, 16 and 23 June. Informs that the 17 and 19 June cannot be booked as they are the day prior to the Ladies Soiree [18 June] and on the day of the Society's meetings. 2 July has been provisionally booked but asks for confirmation at the end of the month. Asks if they will need the use of an epidiascope [projector] for any of the meetings.
