That Prof. [Henry Edward] Armstrong has found himself unable to write an obituary after 2 years of being asked to. That James Hopwood Jeans has been tasked to create an obituary notice by condensing the Royal Institution Lecture given by Armstrong. Sends a copy of this [not enclosed] for Lady Dewar to verify the facts, as Jeans did not know Dewar personally.
