DescriptionExplains that the recent Meeting of the Indian Observatories Committee, at which Colonel Tandy was present, was 'handicapped' because Sir Gerald Lenox-Conyngham was abroard and only one Committee member received a copy of Vol XIX of the 'Records of the Survey of India'. A sub-committee has been appointed to consider the matter further when Lenox-Conyngham returns to the country. Asks for copies of Vol XIX to be supplied to sub-committee members
