| Description | Olivier's letter asking to have early copies of the papers read before the Royal Society, duly came before the Council on 3 November the details of the arrangement being left to the discretion of the Officers. The Officers have now printed a circular, a copy of which is enclosed herewith [not attached]. Olivier will see that the 'Revue Generale' is one of three journals which are entitled to receive regularly the papers read before the Society, when the authors approve, and when they have been duly corrected for press. |
