DescriptionIn answer to the Messrs letter of 18th, the Society is quite ready to pay for the parcels upon delivery if the Messrs send them by hand, or if they prefer by Parcel Delivery Company, in which case they can open an account with the Society for the carriage. The only difficulty is in the Society sending for parcels as they have no staff or messengers.
