TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Secretary, Akademie der Wissenschaften, Vienna
Date19 September 1893
DescriptionRix has been instructed to point out certain deficiencies in their series of 'Sitzungsberichte der Königlich Preussischen Akademie der Wissenschaften zu Berlin', caused by numbers of the journal which he believes the Royal Society never received, as there are no entries are made in their catalogue, and they are always entered immediately after receipt.

He lists the numbers they are lacking, and emphasises that they have not waited to report the missing numbers, but advised them at the time of receiving subsequent parts of the missing numbers, both last year and this year. Rix hopes that they will supply the missing parts, and the Society would be happy to render similar favours when they are able.
