Harrison & Sons (our printers) inform us that they have several times written to ask payment of the inclosed account for extra copies of your paper from our "Proceedings" ['Proceedings of the Royal Society']. A circular was sent to you ^with your first proof^ explaining what the Society gave gratis, and anything over and above this must be paid by the Author. The small amount stated in Messrs Harrisons' bill is due from you to them, and we shall be glad if you will kindly settle this claim.
