TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Arthur Keen
Date10 July 1893
Description'Dear Mr Keen,
Dr Michael Foster writes that it will be necessary for you to attend the Committee on Wednesday the 19th, at 5.30. He will want you to be able to advise us as to laying on water in the meeting-room, he also wants to be able to try various heights for the experimental table by means of planks and tressles, or otherwise, with the view specially of finding out at what height on the table things on it are best seen by all in the room.
Yours truly,
H Rix
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'.
