TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr Pilbeam, Whitehall Rooms
Date5 December 1893
Description'I was on the point of writing to query the cigars which you charged in our account, and am glad to receive your corrected invoice. I believe Prof. Lockyer ordered some whiskey and seltzer after the Dinner, but I do not know whether he paid for this himself or expected it to be charged to the Society; perhaps you can tell me this? I see it is not included in the account'.
