In answer to your letter of November 3rd., which was brought before our Council last Thursday, I have the pleasure to inform you that your suggestion has been adopted, and that the President and Council are willing to allow you to account for all copies of the "Catalogue of Scientific Papers" sold to America at one-half of the published price, less 10%.
