TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Clay & Sons, the University Press, Cambridge
Date13 December 1893
DescriptionRix is instructed by the Catalaogue Committee to ask that they will supply ten sheets per month, and Miss Chambers has informed him that she can let them have copy supplied to enable them to do this.

In response to his note of the previous day, Rix reports that a consignment of copy crossed with Messrs Clay & Sons requesting the same. However, he suggests that rather than stating they are 'quite out of copy' at such short notice, that they inform them when they are coming to the end of their supply. Rix also suggests that they could let him know how many slips they believe they should have in order to print eight or ten sheets per month.
