The Report of the Committee on Colour Vision may be "out of print" in its original form, but it was reprinted in full in our "Proceedings" ['Proceedings of the Royal Society'] (No. 311; price 4/-), and it was also published as a Government Blue-book (which is the cheapest form in which you can get it) by Eyre & Spottiswoode for a few pence.
