As to the constitution of the Society, you will find it explained in the article "Royal Society", Encyclopaedia Britannica, (Ninth edition). Information as to the election of Fellows will be found on the inclosed circular. "Names of members of Governing Body" are given in the List of Fellows, published by Harrison & Sons, 45 St. Martin's Lane, at one shilling. The Balance Sheet of the past session is given on page 396 of the "Proceedings of the Royal Society", No. 329, price three shillings; sold by Harrison & Sons.
