Description'Dear Sir,
I am sending you to-day the manuscript of your paper that you may carry out the suggested alterations in accordance with your letter to Lord Rayleigh of March 30th. Lord Rayleigh desires me to explain that the report was not written by himself but by an independent referee, and the typewritten copy of it was sent on by his Lordship in his capacity of Secretary.
