TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Alfred Edwin Tutton, Royal College of Science, South Kensington, S.W.
Date5 July 1894
DescriptionRix reports, at the instruction of the Royal Society's secretaries, that due to the current state of their finances, they need to cut down the cost of illustration as much as possible. He asks if Tutton will select from the large number of illustrations for his two papers, those which he considers absolutely necessary. The Council's decision on the paper will be delayed until they learn of his decision on this point.
