DescriptionThe President and Council at their most recent meeting have asked Foster to ask the Secretary to express to the Lords their high appreciation of the services rendered to the recent solar eclipse expedition by the Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Windward Islands and his staff at Grenada, and to convey their warm thanks for assistance which contributed so largely to the success of the expedition.
