DescriptionWith reference to Duncombe's letter of 1 March [1887] informing the Society that an equatorial telescope lent for the use of the recent Eclipse Expedition was returned imperfect, Rix is directed to enquire of Duncombe which of the observes used the telescope, as the names of the observers were put on the cases by Duncombe's Department.
