TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr J F Main
Date5 April 1887
DescriptionRix has today sent to Messrs Cox & Co a cheque for fifty pounds payable to Main's order. He thought it safer to do this than to forward to Main's present address lest he should have moved. The sum is voted from the Scientific Relief Fund for the benefit of Mr Longford on whose behalf Main applied. It is left to Main to administer as he sees fit. Asks for receipt.
