TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to A Hemsley, 4 Albany Court Yard
Date13 June 1887
DescriptionRix has received Hemsley's note of 10 June [1887] concerning the gas engine on the premises. He does not think it can be the engine complained of as it is only worked about once every three weeks and then only for about two hours in the afternoon. As far as he can recall it has only once been worked late at night and that was last Wednesday on the occasion of the Society's soiree, an occasion which will not occur for another year.
