DescriptionRix encloses a receipt for a cheque [not attached]. In answer to his Lordship's query of yesterday the Admission fee is now abolished in the case of the candidates who are elected on their scientific merits and retained only for those elected as members of the privileged class, Privy Councilors elected as such. In His Lordhsip's case there is no further fee due.
