Description | In answer to Hickson's letter of 6 June [1887] addressed to Dr Foster, Rix is directed to remind Hickson that papers sent in for reading by the Royal Society become the Society's property whether ultimately published or not and that the manuscript and drawings so sent in are preserved in the Society's archives. A resolution was however passed at the last meeting of Council granting the loan of the coloured drawings of Clavularia viridis, on condition that they are returned. |
