TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Few & Company
Date9 January 1886
DescriptionRegarding the Wharton Terrace ground rents, Mr Evans has directed Rix to send particulars of ground-rent owing by Mr Hayes. Evans has sent on to Messrs Few & Co the letter received from Messrs Eisdell & Thompson on this matter. Rix details the particulars of My Hayes' debt to the Society up to Christmas, totaling £101-0-4. Quotes the details entered into the Society's rent book and notes that the Wharton Terrace houses appear to have been re-numbered but this ought to be verified. Messrs Eisdell and Thompson only deal with four of the Wharton houses.
